2. ARRANGE A
VIEWING

We recommend viewing our properties where possible, and choosing the apartment or studio that works best for you. If you’re away travelling, working, or haven’t arrived in the UK yet we can do a Skype viewing, which will be 1-to-1 with a Customer Service Agent who is familiar with that property and area.

4. WE’LL DO
YOUR CHECKS

We are here to ease the stress of moving home and make the process as hassle-free as possible. That is why we carry out thorough checks throughout the property, on your behalf. Our teams pride themselves on their knowledge and expertise, so they are committed to helping you find exactly the kind of property you desire.

From queries about travel time between the property and your workplace, right the way through to ensuring safety requirements are met, and everything in between; take it off your ‘to do’ list and add it onto ours!

5. PAY YOUR
DEPOSIT

We’re always transparent about our pricing. The amount to be paid would be one month’s rent as a deposit, plus the first months’ rent up front.

6. MOVE IN AND
ENJOY

All our studios and apartments come fully furnished, so all you have to do is bring a suitcase and start personalising your new home so you can move in and enjoy all that the amazing city location has to offer, relax in your private space or socialise in the stylish social areas. Enjoy!
